What You Can Expect
The Human Resources (HR) Intern will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a dynamic professional environment, gaining valuable hands-on experience with a range of HR skillsets. Through meaningful project work and administrative support, interns will develop a deeper understanding of key HR competencies while actively contributing to the department’s initiatives. Additionally, this internship program offers insight into the organization’s philosophies and culture, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world professional practice.

Your Background
Must be enrolled in a program of study at an accredited college or university
Working towards Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Legal or other HR related field
Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer term
Must possess an unrestricted right to work in the United States
GPA minimum: 3.2 on a 4.0-point scale
Travel Expectations
- Up to 10% domestic travel.
