As our HR Business Partner CEE, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping and driving the people agenda across the market while ensuring effective execution of core HR processes aligned with Coty’s business and people priorities.
THE ROLE

As our HR Business Partner CEE , you play a critical role in partnering with leaders to deliver business outcomes through strong people solutions. You will balance strategic HR partnership with hands‑on delivery, covering talent, performance, rewards, employee relations, and HR operations in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
You will be reporting to the HR Director CEE , and you will manage:
1. Business Partnership & Change Support
Partner with market leadership teams to support execution of business strategy
Advise managers on organizational design, workforce planning, engagement, and change management
Translate global HR initiatives into pragmatic, effective local execution
Act as a strategic sparring partner on people‑related decisions
2. Talent, Performance & Development
Lead and support performance management and talent review cycles
Drive succession planning and development discussions
Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, development plans, and performance improvement actions
Support internal mobility, promotions, and career development across the market
3. Reward & Workforce Management
Support annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions) in line with global guidelines
Partner with Rewards and Finance on pay equity, benchmarking, and off‑cycle changes
Monitor attrition, vacancies, and workforce risks, proactively proposing actions
Support workforce planning and organizational changes
4. Employee Relations & Compliance
Manage employee relations topics in compliance with local labor law and Coty policies
Support disciplinary processes, grievances, absence management, and exit processes
Act as escalation point for sensitive people matters within the market
Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies
5. HR Operations & Systems
Ensure accurate execution of HR processes in MCT / People Connect (hires, job changes, promotions)
Partner with HR Operations / Shared Service Centers to ensure high‑quality service delivery
Maintain accurate employee data, reporting, and documentation
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a business‑driven HR professional, you thrive in a hands‑on, international environment and enjoy working closely with leaders to drive impact.
Your skills and experience include:
University degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role
Strong knowledge of local labor law and employee relations
Experience partnering closely with business leaders in a commercial environment
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ownership
Very good command of English
Experience across multiple CEE countries is an advantage
