Design and implement robust, scalable, and highly available communication systems using Amazon Connect and Twilio,\ leveraging cloud-native tools such as AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, and IAM. Architect and customize\ programmable communication workflows using Programmable Voice, Messaging, TaskRouter, and Studio. Perform live coding,\ debugging, and deployment of real-time updates to meet evolving business needs and demonstrate working solutions to\ stakeholders during critical integration phases. Ensure that data systems are aligned with compliance standards, and operational\ needs, and are integrated into key customer support workflows. Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs to integrate\ Amazon Connect and Twilio systems with third-party applications such as CRMs, help desks, internal analytics platforms, and\ ticketing systems. Relocation possible to unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S.
