Job Title: Superintendent
Job Description
As a Superintendent, you will serve as the on-site representative, actively leading and participating in daily field operations across secure construction and tenant fit‑out projects. You will work alongside field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and security requirements.
Responsibilities
Coordinate, supervise, and assist with the execution of field activities, stepping in as needed to keep productivity moving.
Manage project schedules, sequencing, and daily work plans while maintaining safety, quality, and production goals.
Maintain a strong, visible jobsite presence and lead by example through hands‑on involvement.
Interface directly with clients, property managers, architects, engineers, local officials, and security representatives.
Monitor and control jobsite conditions, ensuring strict compliance with safety standards and secure site protocols (ICD 705, NISPOM, etc.).
Complete and maintain accurate daily documentation, including logs, reports, and inspections.
Assist with procurement, material coordination, material handling, and support of self‑perform trades when applicable.
Uphold high workmanship standards and consistently represent company values through active field leadership.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools.
Experience in construction, particularly interior construction.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in interior commercial construction.
Familiarity with secure construction projects is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WARRENTON, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00/hr.
