Immediate Opening: Skilled Caregiver
Location: Warrensburg, MO
Schedule: 12-hour day and overnight shifts available
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring a dependable, experienced caregiver to provide round-the-clock care for a client in Warrensburg. This role requires strong hands-on skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay attentive and responsive to changing needs.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with walking and mobility
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Run essential errands as needed
• Complete light housekeeping tasks
• Offer companionship and consistent supervision
• Stay alert and respond quickly to client needs throughout the shift
Overnight Shifts
• Overnight hours allow for rest when the client is sleeping
• Must be able to wake easily and provide care as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Previous professional caregiving experience
• Confidence with hands-on personal care
• Patient, calm, and dependable
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
