Up to $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid out over a 12‑month period based on shift assignment.

Schedule Options
Monday–Thursday: 4 x 10‑hour shifts
Monday–Friday: 5 x 8‑hour shifts (Hours may vary based on operational needs)
Are you ready to help improve the lives of others? Accredo, Evernorth’s specialty pharmacy, is hiring a Pharmacy Shipping Technician to support our pharmacy warehouse and fulfillment operations. This is a non-patient-facing and non-clinical role focused on picking, packing, labeling, and shipping medications in a controlled, warehouse environment.
You’ll build skills in logistics, managing inventory, and prescription handling. If you are detail-oriented, organized, enjoy problem-solving, and ready to join our supportive warehouse team, we encourage you to apply!
What you’ll do:
Pick and pack prescriptions for shipment
Prepare orders according with pharmacy, warehouse, and quality standards
Enter data and reference systems
Follow safety, compliance, and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
HS diploma or equivalent
Registered or able to register as a Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy
Basic math skills
General computer, internet, and Microsoft Office skills
Flexibility to adjust tasks or schedules as needed
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
