Our client, a leading organization in the power and technology industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be an integral part of the marketing department supporting strategic initiatives and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s goals and values.
Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Location: Warrendale, PA
Pay Range: $27-32/hr
Shift: Monday through Friday – 8am-5pm, with the flexibility to work overtime if required
What's the Job?
Assist with developing and implementing a comprehensive digital roadmap and content marketing strategy to support overall marketing objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contracted agencies to identify, develop, and optimize digital marketing programs throughout the customer journey.
Guide the development and evolution of the corporate website, proposing updates to enhance user experience, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Create and optimize engaging content for various digital channels including websites, blogs, social media, webinars, podcasts, and email campaigns.
Plan and execute paid and organic search strategies, social media marketing tactics, and digital advertising campaigns to maximize outreach and engagement.
What's Needed?
Relevant credentials such as 100012, 100043, 100003, 100004
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content creation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to analyze digital marketing performance and optimize strategies accordingly
Proactive attitude with a passion for innovative marketing solutions
