As a Controls Engineering Supervisor you will Oversee the Dominion and SNC Project portfolio. Succession planning, resource management, and lead the mentorship program including mentoring young engineers. You will report to the GOS Manager; Controls and Information System Engineering and be located at our Warrendale, PA facility. This is a hybrid role based in Warrendale. No relocation assistance will be provided. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and drive the schedule and cost associated with Projects * Drive an accurate demand signal to the departments and work with Project Managers to resource load the schedule * Mentor new engineers * Manage risks/challenges within all project areas (Software/Hardware/Functional system design/testing of final systems) * Troubleshoot technical challenges and develop recovery plans * Lead contact for Functional Area Leads, and Project Managers * Support the Resource Managers, Project Manager and Technical Lead. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in engineering * Ability to travel as projects require (up to 10% for peak times) * Cognizance in at least one of the following technical areas: o Integrated systems Engineering o Control Systems and Setpoints o Nuclear Steam Supply Systems o Protection and Safety Monitoring System o Product Development - hardware and software o Independent Verification & Validation including Test Engineering * Command of responsible subject matter as well as the product application life cycle and design process for the assigned subject matter area. We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800 to $146,000 per year. #LI-Hybrid
