Overview
We are looking for team members to help us in our Warehouse and Logistics department. This role involves manual labor and lifting objects up to 50lbs. Our ideal candidate is someone who is clean, works with precision, and has great customer service. Training will be provided.
On the Job:
A typical day starts out with a morning stand up as a team to review the previous day, discuss roadblocks as a team, and determine work assignments for the day. As a part of the Warehouse and Logistics team, you are given the responsibility to get electronic recycling items such as old computers and servers from the customer to our Technical Operations (IT/Data Security) team. Typical assignments can be broken out as follows (every day is a bit different):
Client Onsite:
- Typical client pick ups will be as a two-person team: a Junior Logistics Associate partnered with a Senior Logistics Associate.
- Co-piloting, providing map directions to Senior Logistics Associate, assisting with truck parking, and communicating with Project Leaders as necessary.
- Assist Senior Logistics Associates in securing and loading electronic equipment such as server racks, computers, and other electronics onto pallets and trucks.
- Assist in planning and execution of movement of gear by determining best entrances and exits, minimizing customer disruptions, and reducing waste.
- Representing GreenBoard IT's customer commitments and core values.
In the Warehouse:
- Record weights, types, and count of pallets
- Sort electronics by type onto pallets and into bins
- Stack electronics onto pallets for shipping
- Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse floor
- Organizing tools, equipment, and supplies
- Using pallet jacks to move equipment throughout the warehouse
- Complete required training to adhere to environmental, health, and safety requirements
- Each Associate is issued a laptop and is expected to operate our logistics software and do data entry to support customer reporting
Weekend Work:
- Our work hours are typically 8:30am to 5:00pm M -- F
- However, we host community pickups on weekends selectively throughout the year
- Junior Logistics Associates would potentially have to shift on select weeks to a T -- S schedule as necessary to support Saturday pickups.

Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma / GED
- No felonies / Background check required
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Strong commitment to safety and regulatory standards
- Good organization skills
