Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Assembler Level 3 to support blueprint‑driven electrical assembly and control panel build operations in a clean, climate controlled manufacturing environment. This role focuses on point‑to‑point wiring, component installation, and supporting functional testing activities. Level 3 assemblers work closely with senior electricians, manufacturing engineers, and production leads while building complex electrical systems used in advanced equipment. Daily Responsibilities:
Perform point‑to‑point wiring on electrical panels and assemblies using detailed schematics
Mount electrical components and hardware to panels per layout drawings
Route, land, label, and secure wiring to meet quality and safety standards
Support functional electrical testing and assist with basic troubleshooting
Assemble electrical subassemblies using hand tools and power tools
Perform rework or corrections as needed to meet specifications
Accurately document work performed and follow build instructions
Collaborate with team members, leads, and engineers during the build process

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of hands on electrical assembly or electrical installation experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong ability to read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
Experience performing point‑to‑point wiring and routing wires according to specifications
Experience mounting electrical components to panels (relays, terminal blocks, PLC components, transformers, etc.)
Comfortable using hand tools, crimpers, measurement devices, and small power tools
Ability to perform basic functional electrical testing and identify wiring or build issues
Basic computer skills (logging into systems, accessing and printing schematics or build documentation) - Panel building or control panel assembly experience
Exposure to 120V circuits
Background in electrical manufacturing, industrial equipment, or machine builds
Experience with sheet metal tasks such as drilling, tapping, or hardware installation
Technical school, vocational training, or electrical certification (not required)
Experience supporting troubleshooting efforts under direction of senior electricians
