ManpowerGroup Quality Engineer in Warren, Michigan
Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company , is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their Quality Engineering team in Warren, MI. This role supports both manufacturing and production teams , with a strong focus on data analysis, process evaluation, and quality standard deployment. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and effective at communicating technical information across cross‑functional teams.

$41.49 – $47.42 per hour
What’s the Job?
Develop and maintain sampling procedures and quality data collection methods to support manufacturing processes.
Design and implement programs to evaluate accuracy and precision of production and testing equipment.
Analyze, interpret, and report quality and reliability data to ensure ongoing product integrity.
Support quality control activities related to design, process control, and product evaluation.
Create training materials and deliver training sessions related to quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
2–4 years of experience in quality engineering or a related engineering function.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings .
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
Experience with engineering software and computer applications , including CAD tools.
