NOVARES US ENGINE COMPONENTS Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift in WALWORTH, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Support production by responding to machine alarms and downtime events Maintain auxiliary equipment including dryers, chillers, robots, conveyors, and material handling systems Monitor and maintain plant water and cooling systems Complete accurate maintenance documentation and shift handover communication Support continuous improvement and cost-savings initiatives Follow all safety, environmental, and PPE requirements ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; trade school or technical training preferred One(1) year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or related technical setting required Experience in automotive repair, fleet or trucking maintenance, or industrial equipment repair strongly encouraged Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Basic understanding of industrial, automotive, or mechanical equipment maintenance Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic aptitude with the ability to learn and apply skills on the job Exposure to hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Ability to work independently on 2nd shift with minimal supervision Ability to adapt to changing priorities and think on your feet Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work at heights as required ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: jrogers@novaresteam.com Apply Online: careers.novaresteam.com Call For Appointment: 2628126201
