• Manage delivery finished goods, components, spares shipments and paperwork to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries as to orders, pricing, scheduling, delivery dates, and packaging. Resolve problems promptly in a professional manner
• Timely, accurate processing of customer orders from receipt to invoicing. Accurately prepare orders and paperwork for shipping
• Support MSPT (Mean Shop Processing Time) of less than 4 days. Support process to aim for lower MSPT
• Maintain comprehensive and current customer information including shipping, special handling and import/export details
• Meet fundamental customer needs through product knowledge
• Focal point for scheduling of all outbound shipments (finished goods and non-PO requests)
• Customer Service point of contact for all shipping issues with freight forwarders
• Track and monitor shipments, and investigate and resolve shipping problems
• Knowledgable of HTS/Schedule B numbers, Customs, Export and Import regulations
• Collaborate with appropriate division or departments to investigate and resolve complex customer concerns in timely manner
• Establish, develop, maintain and update filing, documentation control and archiving system(s). Retrieve and distribute information from files as needed
• Back up to Customer Service Coordinator II
• Manage consumable goods in warehouse location
• Perform other related duties as required

Candidate skills & requirements
• Sit for long periods of time while operating office equipment

• High school diploma/GED required, College degree strongly preferred
• Two (2) years providing customer service, sales administration, and/or logistics in a manufacturing or related environment preferred
• • The following experience preferred:
o International experience communicating and/or managing logistics
o Understanding regulatory requirements associated with international movement of product
o Knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020
o Knowledge of import/export regulations and regulatory DOT & HAZMAT requirements
o Understanding of requirements for inbound and outbound logistics functions
o Knowledge of major transportation carriers and freight forwarders in global markets
o Knowledge of transportation options for shipments to remote regions and for time-sensitive shipments
