Robert Half Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift in Walton, Kentucky

Description

We are seeking professionals with a strong customer service focus to join our team as Customer Service Representative on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will assist customers with both service needs and routine requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service when interacting with customers and vendors according to company guidelines.

  • Address immediate customer requests, offering relevant product and service details.

  • Clearly communicate expected costs and arrival times.

  • Follow up consistently to keep customers informed about service status.

  • Use sales techniques to resolve customer objections and encourage use of services.

  • Provide sales information to interested prospects and relay details to sales team members when needed.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues as necessary.

  • Support teammates and collaborate effectively within the team environment.

  • Meet established targets for service completion, job profitability, and other performance metrics.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required.

  • Experience in inbound/outbound sales and customer service preferred.

  • Ability to deliver exceptional service and resolve conflicts professionally.

  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple requests simultaneously.

  • Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to complete both manual and computerized data entry tasks at a workstation.

  • Proficient in using computers and learning new software applications.

  • Willingness to work the 2nd shift schedule.
