Responsibilities for an Onsite Desktop Support Technician include but are not limited to:
· Provide on-site desktop support and service desk assistance
· Install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software
· Manage and update tickets using ServiceNow
· Support full PC lifecycle (install, move, add, change, refresh, dispose)
Candidates for Onsite Desktop Support Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· 3+ years of IT or desktop support experience
· Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10/11 and PC hardware (laptops/desktops)
· Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
· Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
· Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently
· Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment

· Pay: $25 – $33/hour
· Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
