ManpowerGroup Lead Integration Engineer in Waltham, Massachusetts
Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Lead Integration Engineer to join their team. As a Lead Integration Engineer, you will be part of the Digital Platform Data Engineering Team supporting enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Lead Integration Engineer
Location: Waltham, MA (On-site, 1x a week and during meetings)
Pay Range: Contract to hire, conversion to 155,000 to 170,000 USD depending on experience
What's the Job?
Design and develop scalable, high-performance data integration pipelines across various platforms and legacy systems.
Lead and supervise engineering teams responsible for implementing data solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Communicate design trade-offs and solutions effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance standards are maintained throughout all integration processes.
Participate in design reviews, data profiling, and deployment activities to ensure quality and performance.
What's Needed?
7+ years of experience in database development, including Snowflake, SQL Server, or Oracle.
7 years of experience designing, coding, and delivering ETL workflows using tools such as Matillion, Informatica, Ab Initio, or DataStage.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data mapping, and integration patterns (ETL, ELT, API-led, event-driven).
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience with cloud integration platforms and scripting languages; knowledge of Snowflake and Matillion is a plus.
