ManpowerGroup Data Engineer in Waltham, Massachusetts
Our client, a leading organization in the energy and utilities sector, is seeking an Engineer II-US to join their team. As an Engineer II-US, you will be part of the Digital Platform Data Engineering Team supporting data solutions and enterprise data management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Waltham, MA (potential for 1 day per week onsite + meetings)

What's the Job?
Design and develop scalable data solutions to support enterprise data initiatives
Collaborate on system designs, data migration, and data extraction from legacy systems
Participate in data profiling, data modeling, and data synchronization processes
Assist in the development of SaaS solutions and promote data-driven design standards
Support go-live activities including QA, issue remediation, and post-deployment support
What's Needed?
3+ years of experience in database development (Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
Experience in data mapping, modeling, and working with cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with cloud database architecture is a plus
Knowledge of SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, ESRI, and Workforce is advantageous
