ManpowerGroup Fill/Pack Operator in Walpole, Massachusetts

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Fill/Pack Operator to join their team. As a Fill/Pack Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting production of medical diagnostic test kits. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and a proactive problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fill/Pack Operator

Location: Walpole, MA

Pay Range: $21.00

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (overnight shift) M-F

What's the Job?

  • Operate fill production manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes

  • Inspect and package finished products according to quality standards

  • Verify raw materials to ensure correct components and quantities are used in batches

  • Assist support personnel in troubleshooting manufacturing issues

  • Follow all safety procedures and regulatory guidelines including FDA, ISO, OSHA standards

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and document management systems

  • Experience with print room machinery and label creation is preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work overtime if required and adhere to safety protocols
