Financial Planner | Wealth Management Firm | Walnut Creek| Hybrid; 2 days a week

Responsibilities
Analyze client data and develop tailored financial planning recommendations
Attend meetings as the planning specialist and support advisors directly
Build and help implement complex financial plans
Provide guidance on estate, tax, retirement, cash flow, Social Security, pensions, and equity compensation
Maintain planning data across platforms and improve internal processes
Share planning updates and best practices with advisor teams

Requirements
3+ years in wealth management, including 2+ years building financial plans
CFP preferred
Strong knowledge across core planning disciplines
Experience with tools like eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan, WealthStudios, or Salesforce
Advanced Excel skills and strong communication abilities
Comfortable in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
