Client Service Associate| Wealth Management Firm| Walnut Creek| Hybrid; 2 days onsite
Join a top-tier wealth management firm known for exceptional investment strategy and comprehensive planning.
You’ll work closely with senior advisors and play a meaningful role as the team continues to grow and improve processes.
Responsibilities
Prepare estate and trust summaries and review entity structures
Draft client-ready materials and handle internal requests
Track deliverables, manage workflows, and coordinate calendars
Serve as a point of contact for select inquiries
Conduct research and provide analytical support to the Tax and Estate Planning team

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field
Strong analytical skills and solid Excel proficiency
Detail-oriented with strong ownership of deadlines
Clear, professional communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
