Supervise and train Incarcerated Individuals in daily operations of optical manufacturing of glasses for all Department facilities and state contracts. This includes entire process of manufacturing glasses from preparing glass insets to exact measurements to fitting in proper frames. Making sure equipment is running properly, maintenance of equipment, meeting shipping requirements. Preparing Incarcerated Individuals evaluations, payrolls, etc. High school diploma or equivalent and five years experience in a manufacturing process of trade in which one year must have been directly related to optics and three years supervisory experience required.
