We’re hiring an Industrial Vending Route Associate at our rental facility in Waller, TX, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. As an Industrial Vending Route Associate, you will be responsible for servicing industrial vending machines at customer facilities, replenishing inventory, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring machines remain fully operational.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)
Primary Responsibilities
Route Service & Vending Support
Service assigned customer vending machines on scheduled route
Replenish machines with PPE, tooling, fasteners, and MRO products
Maintain proper machine organization and product presentation
Ensure machines remain clean, organized, and operational
Inventory Management
Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
Maintain accurate stock levels within vending machines
Monitor usage trends and communicate demand changes
Coordinate replenishment inventory with warehouse team
Equipment Maintenance
Perform basic troubleshooting and service of vending equipment
Identify mechanical issues and coordinate repairs when necessary
Ensure vending equipment remains operational for customers
Customer Service
Maintain strong working relationships with customer personnel
Address inventory or vending issues promptly
Represent CTIS professionally onsite
Identify opportunities to improve vending inventory or product selection

Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage a service route
Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Strong communication and customer service skills
Education and Experience:
Route service or route driver experience
Experience servicing vending machines or inventory management systems
Industrial supply, PPE, or MRO product knowledge
Warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
May be subjected to extreme outside temperatures while helping customers with
equipment
May be required to stand or drive for long periods of time
Perform repetitive motions such as gripping, twisting, and turning when operating tools
or performing technical tasks
- This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on
passing a 10 panel drug screen
