SAP Working Student (f/m/d) - Cloud Delivery Architecture in Walldorf, Germany

What you'll build
Support day to day PMO operations, including preparation and maintenance of project documentation, meeting materials, and status updates, risk & action item tracking; helps to prepare for SteerCo and leadership meetings
Support the Program Leads and Technical Leads to coordinate workshops, review sessions, support data collection, and conduct structured analysis (e.g., product lists, dependencies, data consolidation) to support program planning and reporting
Identify opportunities, use cases and contribute to build Agentic AI solutions - supporting the initiative and topics driven by the team
What you bring
High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools — especially PowerPoint (deck preparation), Excel (tracking & KPIs), Outlook & Teams
Analytical thinking — ability to structure data, analyze inputs from LoBs, and support assessments and planning activities
Actively worked/Knowledge of Agentic AI / LLMs / Predictive Analytics / Data Mining / Statistics
Proactive, reliable, and detail oriented — strong follow through on tasks, independently manages deliverables
Studies of Business Administration, Mathematics or Business Informatics
Comprehensive mathematical and statistical knowledge
Extraordinary analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to successfully interact with colleagues and executive management alike
Interest in innovative IT solutions for continuous process improvement
Strong knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint), SAP BI, SAP ERP, SAP Analytics Cloud
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
Proven ability to work in a team
Out of the box thinking
Coming to the office 2-3 times a week is required

The Cloud Delivery Architecture (CDA) team drives architectural consistency and operational excellence across SAP’s Cloud portfolio. Our mission is to ensure that SAP Cloud solutions — especially SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) — run in a harmonized, scalable, and cost efficient way.
Our key responsibilities include:
Tools & Architecture HarmonizationStandardizing technologies, architectural patterns, and operational tools across cloud products to reduce fragmentation and promote reuse
TCO Optimization (Total Cost of Operations)Identifying cost drivers, eliminating redundancies, improving automation, and optimizing architecture to reduce operational complexity and cost
Cross Unit AlignmentWorking closely with the SaaS Delivery units to ensure consistent delivery standards, shared roadmaps, and aligned execution
Technology Adoption & Best PracticesAccelerating adoption of modern cloud technologies, architecture frameworks, automation standards, and SAP wide design principles
Operational Efficiency ImprovementsDriving initiatives that enhance reliability, scalability, and performance of SAP’s cloud services
Strategic Transformation ProjectsLeading key cross organizational initiatives that support SAP’s broader cloud transformation and harmonization goals
