Active Interim Secret Clearance required; higher clearance levels accepted
Active and current DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification required

What You Will Do
You will support day-to-day enterprise IT operations by:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software
Supporting users onsite and remotely with technical and operational needs
Deploying PCs, printers, and peripherals
Configuring operating systems and installing applications
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and printer issues
Coordinating repairs and collaborating across IT teams
Managing and resolving support tickets through Remedy or similar tools
Contributing to system improvements and operational reliability
