Generational Care Direct Care Supervisor in Walla Walla, Washington
Location: Walla Walla, WA Salary Range: $27.15 - $28.15 per hour Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly.
About Us: Generational Care is a nonprofit organization committed to improving the quality of life for individuals through compassionate in-home care and services. Our key programs, Home Care Services, Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels, and Healthy Ages provide vital support to seniors, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their homes.
We are currently seeking a Direct Care Supervisor to oversee home care service delivery and manage Home Care Providers, ensuring high-quality care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Home Care Providers, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Oversee client assignments, service scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure successful service delivery, address service issues, and maintain documentation.
- Assist with on-call duties and provide emergency client services when needed.
- Uphold agency mission, policies, and service standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate leadership in safety and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of Home Care or customer service experience.
- 1+ year of office experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must meet additional certification requirements (CNA or WA State Home Care Aide training).
