Resp. include overseeing daily on-site operations to ensure projects progress efficiently and meet quality standards. Oversee daily construction activities, ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to keep the project on schedule while managing site logistics, including deliveries, equipment, and material storage. Conduct safety orientations for new personnel to reinforce compliance with regulations. Handle documentation and communication, manage daily reports, RFI (Request for Information) logs, and time & material (T&M) tickets to ensure accurate records and cost tracking, etc.
