RUDOLPH/LIBBE, INC. Payroll Administrator in Walbridge, Ohio
The Payroll Administrator must be proficient in all tasks necessary to process taxes for in-house payroll accurately and timely.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Complete federal, state, and local tax reports and process payments
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Knowledge of Prevailing wage reporting
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Assist with year-end W-2 reporting
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Balance payroll tax filings to the general ledger
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}As needed assist in setting up new states and municipality jurisdictions
SKILLS:
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Experience with multistate payroll tax reporting
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Good communication skills
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Ability to work with a wide range of personnel, both internal and external
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Working knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger set up in payroll records
Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}3-5 years of eCMS/payroll processing experience
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}A minimum of a high school diploma is required, a business degree is desired
- Construction industry experience in depth knowledge of Payroll taxes
- Experience within house payroll processing
Knowledge of LCPtracker and Elations software
