Machine Operator - Wagram, NC
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Schedule: Swing shift, 12-hour rotating shifts (monthly days/nights rotation)
Olsten Staffing is seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Wagram, NC. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to learn, lead, and excel in a production setting.
Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing machinery and production equipment
Perform routine machine setups, changeovers, and basic mechanical troubleshooting
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain accurate production logs and documentation
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Communicate machine or production issues to supervisors promptly
Collaborate with team members to support a positive shift environment
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
Qualifications
Previous machine operating experience required (manufacturing environment preferred)
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Strong work history with stable job tenures
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
Leadership potential and professionalism
Ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
