Olsten Staffing is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced shipping and receiving team in Wagram, NC. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking for long-term employment with a stable company.
Position Overview
The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely moving, loading, and unloading materials within the shipping and receiving areas. Candidates must be confident operating lifts in a high-volume environment and committed to maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts to load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
Move materials to and from storage, staging, and production areas
Verify shipment accuracy and assist with inventory control
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
Requirements
3-5 years of recent forklift experience (required)
Experience working in shipping and receiving environments
Ability to operate lifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Stable work history (no job hopping)
Resume required for consideration
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to work 12-hour rotating/swing shifts
Schedule
12-hour rotating swing shift (days and nights required)
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule
What We Offer

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
