Wagner Community Memorial Hospital and Clinic is seeking a qualified individual to join our team!
Position Highlights
Starting Rate of Pay $32.50
with extra consideration for experience
$15,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
$10,000, 3-YEAR CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS
Under the direction of the Radiology Supervisor and/or their delegate, the Radiologic Technologist performs a variety of imaging procedures following established standards
and practices. Assumes responsibility for designated areas of procedures as required and provides patient care/service/safety in accordance with regulatory and accrediting
agencies standards. May be assigned responsibility as an instructor. Will help with call and in other specialized areas after proper training and/or experience.
Performs various radiology procedures that produce examinations of premium diagnostic quality according to department policy and procedure on a daily basis. Share responsibility of performing EKG’s with nursing.
Follows infection control procedures and administers oral and IV contrast media utilizing sterile technique and practicing universal precautions.
General Hours of Work
Rotating Shifts Sunday through Saturday, scheduled at 36 hours per week
Call rotation as assigned
Education
- Completion of an accredited program in radiologic technology, certification eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. ARRT or equivalent.
License / Certification
ARRT or equivalent Certificate or other verifying documentation of passing the certification test is required.
Current CPR certification or completion upon next available program is required and provided by WCMH-A.
