Ridgeview Medical Center Materials Management Tech II in Waconia, Minnesota

Purpose of Job Responsible and accountable for shipping and receiving functions of the Ridgeview supply chain. Assists with storeroom support and distribution functions for all Ridgeview Departments. Job Functions Receive merchandise into the organization utilizing the Materials Management Information System (MMIS). Distribute products throughout the organization. Maintain central distribution area to ensure supplies are clean and well organized to support accurate inventory counts and product integrity. Ship returns using the appropriate courier or shipping method. Perform courier functions as needed and coordinate courier runs in the absence of the Distribution Coordinator. Maintains location/department specific inventory lists and ensures supplies are kept at appropriate levels. Provides first point of contact for supply chain related customer service inquiries and needs at offsite locations. Performs other duties as assigned.
