CNC Operator: 1st, 3rd, or Weekend Shifts paying up to 30/hr
Job Description
As a Router Operator, you will be responsible for running a CNC Komo Router, working with G Codes, performing changeovers and setups, and producing various tables and countertops with Fanuc Controls. You will utilize measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers. This position is on the 2nd shift, where you will work independently and responsibly. You will also operate a forklift to gather materials as needed, contributing to the development of the night shift.
Responsibilities
Operate the CNC Komo Router efficiently.
Work with G Codes and perform changeovers and setups.
Produce tables and countertops using Fanuc Controls.
Utilize calipers and micrometers for precise measurements.
Operate a forklift to gather materials for the router.
Promote customer satisfaction with fast, accurate, quality work.
Interface with co-workers to coordinate project needs.
Maintain inventory of necessary project materials and shop supplies.
Ensure a clean and safe work area.
Maintain shop equipment and perform routine maintenance.
Assist with other shop floor tasks as necessary.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using shop equipment, tools, and fabrication methods.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact well with co-workers.
Ability to lift, load, and transport items weighing 50-75 lbs.
Dependable, responsible, and good time management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with power tools, assembly, and hand tools.
General labor and fabrication skills.
Experience with CNC production and grinding.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waconia, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
