Job Title: Production Operator ? Coffee Packaging Location: Jim?s Organic Coffee Roasting Facility ? Position Summary We are seeking a Production Operator to join our dedicated production team. This role focuses on operating our packaging line, supporting general packaging needs, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and upholding the high-quality standards Jim?s Organic Coffee is known for. Key Responsibilities Working with production team to assist in operation of our packaging needs and line to prepare and package daily roasted coffee Accurately package bulk and fractional coffee with correct weights, UPC/date codes, and stickers Track inventory of stickers, valves, and other consumables Support general packing duties as needed Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals and standards are met Log daily production details accurately, including all packaged coffee Adhere to company policies, including punching in/out for shifts and breaks Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace Team-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 50 lbs) Previous experience in a production or packaging environment is a plus What We Offer A supportive and close-knit team A role in a mission-driven, organic-certified company Opportunities to grow with a company that values sustainability, quality, and community
