Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a machine operator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. You will be responsible for assisting with machines and helping around the shop.
Responsibilities
Load machines efficiently and safely.
Keep machines clean and well-maintained.
Move carts on wheels as needed.
Utilize small tools for various shop tasks.
Assist in various areas of the shop to support production.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 6 months of production or warehouse experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to stand for 8 hours Work Environment
The position is for the 1st shift, from 6 am to 3:30 pm, with potential overtime. Work from Monday to Friday in a company that operates both 1st and 2nd shifts. Experience a family-oriented environment where teamwork and a positive work culture are prioritized.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
