Job Description:
Job Purpose
To lead in-market supply planning, master data, order management, to ensure product availability, compliance, and efficient supply chain operations while minimizing risk, inventory write-offs, and stock-outs!
Key responsibilities
Supply Planning & Forecasting
Lead activities to ensure reliable product availability!
Collaboration with internal and external parties to ensure smooth inbound product distribution.
Maintain and run demand planning and forecasting inputs in Anaplan/OMP.
Perform weekly PCT05 review blocking issue activities ensure stock availability to meet demand, prevent stock-outs and supply disruptions.
Monitor slow moving and obsolete inventory (SLOB) and support mitigation actions.
Analyze (MAPE & BIAS) and implement improvements.
Supply Chain Execution & Compliance
Coordinate inbound shipments with the freight forwarder and issue customs clearance instructions, and documentation.
Maintain the Shipment Tracker and NIL Tracker apps to ensure full global trade compliance requirements.
Liaise with CQ for narcotic import permit applications and distribute permit documentation to the relevant manufacturing sites.
Ensure accuracy across SAP, OMP, and other planning systems.
Capture 3PL freight forwarder invoices for payments in eMarketPlace
Development, implementation and update of SOPs and process flows
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with global planners, manufacturing sites, and regulatory, quality, and logistics teams to ensure effective supply chain coordination, while proactively communicating supply risks, delays, and mitigation plans to relevant team members.
