UL, LLC Laboratory Engineer (Electrical Safety Testing) in Vietnam

  • Execute complex test plans and datasheets with guidance as needed.

  • Evaluate test performance, operate sample tests, and document accurate test results.

  • Prepare and complete test reports; communicate project status and findings.

  • Lead simple test projects with appropriate support, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Inspect customer samples, operate required tests, and support customers during setup and testing.

  • Apply relevant test standards and product knowledge within scope.

  • Build, adapt, and maintain test setups and complex test equipment.

  • Perform advanced equipment maintenance, calibration, and follow continuous improvement practices.

  • Provide improvement suggestions for equipment, processes, and documentation.

  • Follow UL Code of Conduct and all safety/security protocols.

  • Perform other assigned duties.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with high quality and customer service.

  • Proven collaboration with Engineering and Laboratory teams to deliver timely, high‑quality work.

  • Ability to interpret specialized testing needs and apply appropriate methods.

  • Effective communication and customer interaction skills.

Innovative, creative, and team‑oriented mindset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to integrate automation into testing processes.
