IHG 饼房厨师主管 Pastry Chef de Partie in United States
制作所有品种面包起酥类(牛角、丹麦等)、吐司、软/硬式欧包、碱水等多种面包,量产稳定;
协同饼房厨师长落实运营标准,及时反馈内部运营问题及顾客意见,推动持续改进,培训、督导饼房员工(厨师、学徒等),提升团队专业技能和工作效率;
与各个部门协调,满足客户定制化需求;
监督并落实各项操作规程、设备使用规范及消防安全要求,保障作业环境合规有序。
1.能根据标准独立完成各类面包的制作,保证出品质量和口味稳定;
2.具备5年及以上在星级酒店从事面包制作的经验;
3.抗压能力强,能适应晚班、节假日排班及高强度的工作节奏;
4.具备良好的沟通协调能力,能与厨房其他部门及餐厅服务人员默契配合,服从上级安排。
