IHG 餐饮服务员（中餐厅）Food and Beverage Service Attendant （Chinese Restaurant） in Xiangyang, China
1.负责中餐厅日常迎宾、点单、上菜、席间服务及结账等全流程顾客服务工作； 2.保持服务区域整洁有序，规范摆放餐具、桌椅及服务用品，确保符合食品安全与卫生标准； 3.主动了解顾客需求，及时响应并妥善处理服务过程中的合理咨询与意见，提升顾客满意度； 4.配合班组长完成交接班、物料清点、设备检查等基础运营支持工作。
1.形象气质佳，且具备正常履行岗位职责的身体条件； 2.具备良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排； 3.有餐饮服务相关经验者优先，接受实习生、应届毕业生及无经验者参加岗前培训； 4.遵守职业操守，无违法违纪记录，能严格保守顾客及企业相关信息隐私。
