• 为同事提供支持的同时，始终如一地提供专业、友好和主动的服务 • 根据酒店菜单和标准，准备和提供零点菜单和\或自助餐菜单的所有食物 • 在汇报每日当值情况时积极交流想法、意见和建议 • 维持所有冷藏设备中产品的正常运转，尽量减少浪费/腐坏 • 确保准确发放仓库食物 • 全面了解所有菜单项、每日特色和促销活动 • 确保所有工作区、器具和设备的清洁及维护 • 遵循厨房政策、流程和服务标准 • 在提供餐饮时须遵循所有安全和环境卫生政策 • 上级主管安排的其它任务
• 要求具有烹饪领域的经验 • 有烹饪领域的文凭证书者优先 • 出色的人际交往和问题处理能力 • 高度负责和可靠 • 能够在节奏快、压力大的环境下完成工作 • 能够作为团队的一员协调工作 • 能够将注意力集中于宾客的需求，在任何时候始终保持冷静和礼貌
