The role

Workplace & Facilities Lead (Office Manager scope) – France

We are looking for a dynamic and personable Workplace & Facilities Lead to own and continuously improve the workplace experience across our French offices. This diverse and key role goes beyond traditional office management, combining facilities operations, employee experience, vendor management, ESG initiatives, and stakeholder coordination to ensure a seamless, compliant, and engaging work environment.

You will act as the local owner of all workplace-related topics, working closely with leadership, HR, IT, Finance, and external partners.

What we need to see from you

Workplace & Facilities Operations

  • Oversee day‑to‑day facilities operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety, local regulations, and internal policies

  • Manage office infrastructure: workspaces, meeting rooms, access control, badge systems, and space planning

  • Supervise external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, security, catering, waste management, etc.) and monitor service levels (SLAs)

  • Own facilities budgets, cost control, and reporting

    Workplace Experience & Soft Services

  • Ensure a high‑quality office environment and employee comfort

  • Manage pantry/kitchen services (suppliers, consumables, equipment)

  • Coordinate reception, mail handling, deliveries, and visitor experience

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee workplace requests and resolve issues efficiently

  • Continuously improve workplace services based on employee feedback

    IT & Workplace Technology (Coordination role)

  • Coordinate on‑site IT support in collaboration with global IT teams

  • Support onboarding/offboarding from a workplace and equipment perspective

  • Oversee meeting room AV, conferencing tools, and workplace technology

  • Coordinate logistics for IT equipment (laptops, accessories, replacements)

    Real Estate & Workplace Strategy

  • Support workplace strategy aligned with business growth and hybrid work models

  • Contribute to office openings, relocations, or space optimisations

  • Support lease management and cost optimisation initiatives

    Fleet & Asset Management

  • Oversee company fleet and mobile assets

  • Ensure proper allocation, tracking, maintenance, and compliance

    ESG – Country Representative

  • Act as the local point of contact for ESG initiatives

  • Implement sustainability actions (waste reduction, recycling, energy efficiency)

  • Promote workplace‑related ESG programs and employee awareness

    Events & Internal Engagement

  • Lead the organisation of large internal events (300+ attendees)

  • Support internal and external events in collaboration with leadership and marketing teams

    Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main workplace contact for senior leadership in France

  • Work cross‑functionally with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and external partners

    Profile & Experience

  • Proven experience in office management, facilities management, workplace operations, or employee experience

  • Strong knowledge of vendor management, contracts, and service coordination

  • Comfortable managing budgets and operational priorities

  • Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities

  • Hands‑on, service‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach

  • Fluent in French and professional English #LI-EOS
