ICONMA, LLC Validation Technician - Serviceability in United States
Our Client, a Av Manufacturing company, is looking for a Validation Technician – Serviceability for their Foster City, CA location. Responsibilities:
Support the lead validation technician in rework validations, procedure validation and time studies.
Support detailed instructions development using the process provided by engineering and based on the learnings from the validation activities.
Work closely with the documentation team for the development of procedures, service bulletins and, rework documentation.
Represent the Base Operations team in the RRB forum, provide updates for the on-going rework validation activities.
Identify rework process and documentation process improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with the Documentation team and Quality team to implement process improvements.
Responsible to ensure the readiness of the rework before it is launched to the Base Operations repair team
Responsible for conducting time studies of mechanical, electrical and diagnostics service procedures
Support the tooling team with validation activities
Responsible to maintain the standard labor repair time guide
Requirements:
4–6 years of hands-on experience in validation and testing
Demonstrated collaboration skills working with technicians and engineers
Ability to read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and connector pinouts
Proficient with automotive diagnostic tools and test equipment
Experience tracking issues and test results using tools such as Jira
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while following direction from a lead technician
Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology or a related technical field
