Our Client, a Material Engineering company, is looking for an USA|USD| Human Resource Management - Sourcing Specialist – Intermediate for their Santa Clara, CA location. Responsibilities:
Support early-career and university hiring by identifying, sourcing, and engaging high-potential students for internship and entry-level opportunities.
Manage core recruiting operations, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and coordination of recruiting tools and workflows to ensure timely progress against hiring goals.
Plan and execute campus recruiting events—career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews—as well as internal events for the Internship Program.
Leverage data and analytics to track funnel metrics, report progress, and provide insights that guide staffing decisions, with a strong emphasis on university hiring performance.
Drive project execution within a matrixed environment, ensuring on-time delivery of initiatives that support program goals and hiring timelines.
Oversee administrative and operational processes including the early-career talent mailbox, event calendar, budget tracking, and vendor/procurement coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.
Experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or university/early-career recruiting strongly preferred. Prior Talent Acquisition experience is a significant plus.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
Proven project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to operate effectively in high-volume, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s Degree Required: Yes
Years of experience : 0-2 years
Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and interview scheduling platforms.
Tech experience or prior experience recruiting for a hardware company.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
