Our Client, a Material Engineering company, is looking for an USA|USD| Human Resource Management - Sourcing Specialist – Intermediate for their Santa Clara, CA location. Responsibilities:

  • Support early-career and university hiring by identifying, sourcing, and engaging high-potential students for internship and entry-level opportunities.

  • Manage core recruiting operations, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and coordination of recruiting tools and workflows to ensure timely progress against hiring goals.

  • Plan and execute campus recruiting events—career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews—as well as internal events for the Internship Program.

  • Leverage data and analytics to track funnel metrics, report progress, and provide insights that guide staffing decisions, with a strong emphasis on university hiring performance.

  • Drive project execution within a matrixed environment, ensuring on-time delivery of initiatives that support program goals and hiring timelines.

  • Oversee administrative and operational processes including the early-career talent mailbox, event calendar, budget tracking, and vendor/procurement coordination.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.

  • Experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or university/early-career recruiting strongly preferred. Prior Talent Acquisition experience is a significant plus.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.

  • Proven project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to operate effectively in high-volume, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required: Yes

  • Years of experience : 0-2 years

  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and interview scheduling platforms.

  • Tech experience or prior experience recruiting for a hardware company.

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
