ICONMA, LLC Training Supervisor – Rider Operations in United States
Our Client, a Av Manufacturing company, is looking for a Training Supervisor - Rider Operations for their Scottsdale, AZ location. Responsibilities:
Partner with Leads, Managers, Project Managers, Trainers and Mentors to optimize training program efficiency and throughput.
Serve as a point of contact for Rider Ops training team personnel on-location, including alignment on procedures, conducting Trainer and Mentor training, and audit Trainer and Mentor activities for quality assurance.
Oversee Rider
Ops learner progression and maintain accurate records in the Learning Management System
Schedule training missions/sessions and resources needed for training events in alignment with high-level team scaling goals
Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training sessions as needed, including IRL and simulated experiences
Update training materials as needed (classroom decks, assessments, etc.)
Identify location risks, determine mitigations and contingencies, and report the status of training program throughput to the Training Program Manager.
Fulfill 8 hour minimum requirement per quarter, acting as a tactician on service missions to keep knowledge and performance of SOPs current.
Requirements:
At least 12 months as a fully trained individual on the Rider Ops team
1-3 years of experience in the AV space
Knowledge of Rider Ops procedures and responsibilities
Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
Proven ability to problem solve and improve operational efficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues to support trainees
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace collaboration tools such as Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, and Forms
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Experience teaching, instructing, and/or training
Bachelors degree/management experience preferred
