ICONMA, LLC Test Engineering Technician in United States
Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Test Engineering Technician for their Foster City, CA location. Responsibilities:
Test prototype related assemblies with support from engineering & R&D.
Provide expert inputs in the prototype phase and design review meetings for and related assemblies.
Work closely with Engineers to ensure that products under development are optimal manufacturability.
Final test Assemblies and test of components and assemblies.
Failure Analysis and repair of Assemblies.
Generate detailed Failure Analysis Reports as required.
Create and review test instructions and provide inputs for refinement and improvements.
Test and trouble-shoot Engineering prototype units as required
Maintain test equipment calibration and lab tools
Support of Design automation test fixtures and related software/firmware
Test and calibration of sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Follow drawings, written and verbal instructions to complete work assignments
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in electrical/electronics/mechanical technology, or equivalent
with 4 to 6 years of experience
Experience reading electrical schematics and/or engineering drawings
Experience assembling and repairing wiring harnesses
Experience with EE lab equipment (Digital Multimeters, Power Supplies, Oscilloscopes, etc)
Experience reworking PCBAs
Shock, vibration, thermal, and IP test experience
EMC test experience
Automotive ECU test experience
Familiarity with Linux command line
