Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry supporting global infrastructure and cloud solutions, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the Infrastructure and Operations team, supporting the deployment and management of security products and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving technological growth and operational excellence within a diverse and inclusive environment.

Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Remote (Preference for EST or CST time zones)

Pay Range: $55-60/hr

What's the Job?

  • Lead and coordinate global infrastructure, compliance, and operational programs within the Engineering Program Management Team.

  • Develop and maintain program-level plans, roadmaps, and release schedules in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering leaders.

  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • Support cross-functional teams across product, engineering, vendors, and sales to meet organizational goals.

  • Promote Agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective communication and process enhancement.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting cloud technologies, infrastructure, and DevOps processes and tools.

  • Experience managing large Data Center and/or Software deployment programs from concept to delivery.

  • Strong ability to coordinate diverse teams with a sense of urgency, escalating issues promptly.

  • Experience working with compliance and security programs, including operational management.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data and reports effectively at executive levels.
