ManpowerGroup Technical Program Manager - Azure Security in United States

Our client is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Azure Security to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager - Azure Security, you will be part of the Security and Cloud Operations supporting enterprise-level data governance, compliance, and security initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Lake Mary, FL, New York, NY, or Remote (US Citizens only)

What's the Job?

  • Lead enterprise-level data governance, documentation, and regulatory compliance initiatives for banking systems and cloud programs.

  • Coordinate technical teams, risk groups, and compliance stakeholders to ensure adherence to governance standards, FedRAMP, NIST 80053, and internal audit requirements.

  • Build and maintain comprehensive documentation packages including SSPs, POA&Ms, control narratives, data flows, and architecture diagrams.

  • Oversee data classification, lineage mapping, retention, and access governance processes across cloud and on-prem platforms.

  • Manage remediation activities for compliance gaps, audit findings, and data quality issues, ensuring timely resolution.

What's Needed?

  • Strong understanding of FedRAMP, NIST 80053 controls, risk assessments, and compliance documentation cycles.

  • Experience managing data governance programs within large financial institutions or equivalent Tier 1 banks.

  • Proficiency in data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Azure Purview, or Microsoft Purview.

  • Ability to translate technical details into audit-ready documentation and executive reports.

  • Experience leading multi-team technical projects involving cloud, data, security, compliance, and infrastructure.
