Our client is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Azure Security to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager - Azure Security, you will be part of the Security and Cloud Operations supporting enterprise-level data governance, compliance, and security initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Lead enterprise-level data governance, documentation, and regulatory compliance initiatives for banking systems and cloud programs.
Coordinate technical teams, risk groups, and compliance stakeholders to ensure adherence to governance standards, FedRAMP, NIST 80053, and internal audit requirements.
Build and maintain comprehensive documentation packages including SSPs, POA&Ms, control narratives, data flows, and architecture diagrams.
Oversee data classification, lineage mapping, retention, and access governance processes across cloud and on-prem platforms.
Manage remediation activities for compliance gaps, audit findings, and data quality issues, ensuring timely resolution.
What's Needed?
Strong understanding of FedRAMP, NIST 80053 controls, risk assessments, and compliance documentation cycles.
Experience managing data governance programs within large financial institutions or equivalent Tier 1 banks.
Proficiency in data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Azure Purview, or Microsoft Purview.
Ability to translate technical details into audit-ready documentation and executive reports.
Experience leading multi-team technical projects involving cloud, data, security, compliance, and infrastructure.
