Description

  • Serve as the Pilot Monitoring during Flight Simulator training sessions in compliance with FAA and/or EASA regulations.

  • Attend and support all components of the training event, including pre‑flight and post‑flight briefings, to ensure a positive client training and learning experience.

  • Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients, instructors, and training staff.

  • Complete all required forms, documentation, and checklists associated with the Pilot Monitoring role.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Commercial Pilot Certificate or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.

  • Airplane Multi‑Engine Land rating.

  • Instrument Rating with a minimum of 50 hours of instrument flight experience.

  • Minimum 400 total flight hours

  • Note: This requirement may be reduced to 250 total flight hours for candidates who hold a 2‑year or 4‑year aviation university degree or are graduates of a CAE Academy, subject to Local Head of Training approval.

  • Eligibility to meet all TSA requirements.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.

  • Ability to reside within two (2) hours of the assigned training facility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 100 hours of turbine flight time.

  • Experience working with advanced avionics systems.

  • Constantly ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles

  • Occasionally adjust or move objects up to 20 pounds

  • Occasionally perform repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, or fingers
