Description
Serve as the Pilot Monitoring during Flight Simulator training sessions in compliance with FAA and/or EASA regulations.
Attend and support all components of the training event, including pre‑flight and post‑flight briefings, to ensure a positive client training and learning experience.
Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients, instructors, and training staff.
Complete all required forms, documentation, and checklists associated with the Pilot Monitoring role.
Minimum Qualifications
Commercial Pilot Certificate or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
Airplane Multi‑Engine Land rating.
Instrument Rating with a minimum of 50 hours of instrument flight experience.
Minimum 400 total flight hours
Note: This requirement may be reduced to 250 total flight hours for candidates who hold a 2‑year or 4‑year aviation university degree or are graduates of a CAE Academy, subject to Local Head of Training approval.
Eligibility to meet all TSA requirements.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.
Ability to reside within two (2) hours of the assigned training facility.
Preferred Qualifications
100 hours of turbine flight time.
Experience working with advanced avionics systems.
