Candela develops products for the global aesthetic market. These products begin as concepts developed by Candela’s world-class team of scientists and engineers or as acquired or licensed technologies. These programs are supported by Candela’s global business unit, clinical, regulatory, and quality teams and are managed through our Product Development Process (PDP) and Quality Management System (QMS).
The Company’s headquarters are in Marlborough, Massachusetts, US, with an additional R&D facility in Yokneam, Israel and commercial locations across Asia Pacific, and Europe. Products are sold direct in 18 countries worldwide and through distributors in over 60 others and are supported by field sales, field service, clinical education and marketing organizations.
The Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and scaling data-driven marketing programs across multiple channels to fuel our company's expansion. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, a proven track record of managing multi-channel budgets, and self-starter. The position is an individual contributor role.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel growth marketing strategies aligned with company revenue goals. Own the planning, forecasting, and performance management of the growth marketing function.
Channel Management & Optimization: Partner with the Integrated Marketing team to manage and optimize all paid and owned channels, including but not limited to Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, SEO, Email Marketing, Affiliate, and Content Syndication to maximize ROI, CLV, and CAC efficiency.
Budget Management: Assist and support the growth team to track and ensure the marketing budget is being efficiently allocated and spent to meet and exceed CAC and ROAS targets.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and A/B testing to generate insights, inform strategy, and continuously optimize campaign performance, full funnels, and conversion rates.
Self-Starter: Contribute to and foster a culture of testing, learning, and rapid iteration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, IT, Product, and Creative teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and the customer journey from acquisition to conversion.
Marketing Technology: Help manage the growth of the marketing tech stack (e.g., CRM, MAP, analytics platforms) to enable efficient scaling and accurate measurement.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership and cross-departmentally on marketing performance, KPIs, and the impact of growth initiatives on the business.
Customer Acquisition & Retention: Optimize customer acquisition channels, including digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and partnerships (in conjunction with channel owners); implement strategies to improve customer life cycle - retention, reduce churn, and expansion.
Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with team(s) to identify trends, customer needs, and channel performance.
Knowledge/Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing.
Proven experience developing and managing marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI.
Deep, hands-on expertise in managing key acquisition channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker).
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
Excellent communication in English, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
A test-and-learn mindset, with a passion for data, experimentation, and driving measurable business results.
Strategic thinker with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a deep understanding of both integrated marketing and channel partner dynamics; demonstrated experience in building customer retention programs
Works effectively within a matrixed, global organization; builds internal/external relations, demonstrates influencing and collaboration skills to drive decisions, and establishes credibility
Good Microsoft Office skills, demonstrated command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
