Honeywell Sr Field Service Supervisor in United States
As a Sr Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
You will report directly to our Sr Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall performance of our field service operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the Field Service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor and analyze field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Lead the commercial activities with the accounts and customer own including but not limited, Revenue, Billing, Collection and customer relation.
Will be working closely with regional leadership to pulse commercial and contract progress and lead and attend the meetings.
Shall be leading the with comply with Honeywell and Customer HSE standards and achieve the KPI’s given by the Corporate
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within field service management.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles.
Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience with field service management software and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
Significant experience applying best practices in field service management.
Customer-focused mindset with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to drive change and innovation within the team.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

The salary range for this position is ($94,400.00 - $118,200.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
