Do you have the ability to demonstrate thorough understanding of market, customers, and competition through business analytics? We are looking for a Sr Client Relationship Manager to support our Sales team! We are looking for well developed, complex territory/account plans, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
The Location: Taconic Biosciences is seeking a Sr Client Relationship Manager to support our territory in: Maryland, DC/Metro, Philadelphia. Frequent travels within this region is expected. This is a hybrid role, with the ability to work from home, when not in customer meetings.
The Pay Range: $112,000 - $140,000 annual base salary, plus up to a possible $68,000 commission at plan. Exact annual base salary may vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to: geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
The Schedule: Monday - Friday, core business hours.

The Role:
Taconic's Senior Client Relationship Manager manages complex accounts to achieve revenue targets. This account management role requires the ability to develop strong relationships with a variety of buying personas to both protect existing business and identify new opportunities among existing clients. Ability to develop and implement robust account plans; significant knowledge and understanding of business strategy and the ability to work collaboratively and influence others internally and externally at the director level is required. Focus on uncovering customer needs and positioning appropriate solutions as well as funnel management and accurate forecasting are essential. Ability to support execution of contract requirement for clients expected.
Core Responsibilities:
Achieve revenue targets and quotas as outlined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Drive TEAM selling approach to support customer intimate solution development
Heavy focus on complex corporate account management and increasing share of wallet
Develop business understanding to ensure knowledge of product, customer, competitors
Submit on-time forecasts and other ad-hoc reports and maintain accurate SalesForce.com data for accounts, contacts, and opportunity pipeline management
Other duties may be assigned to support business needs
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, or technical/managerial experience at an equivalent level. Advanced degree in Life Sciences preferred.
Experience in account/territory management in a life science or specialized field with demonstrated success meeting established targets and customer relationship management. 4-8 years of relevant experience and/or training
